Ordering temporary industrial personnel is open to all NSW Government agencies, NGOs and local Councils who all receive the same competitive rates for the hire of temporary industrial staff.

From 19 July 2009 only suppliers appointed to the C100 Panel can supply temporary industrial staff to NSW Government Organisations. Prior to that date, temporary staff sourced from non-panel suppliers will need to transition to a panel member.
